Max B will continue to serve out the next 30 years in prison.

Max B’s appeal of multiple counts stemming from a robbery attempt-turned-homicide has fallen through. The Dipset member is looking at the next 30 years in prison before the possibility of parole.

According to Rapdose.com, the earliest Max B can leave prison is November 9, 2042. Max B was convicted on 9 of 11 counts of murder and robbery charges in New Jersey that left a man dead. In April 2011, Max B was hopeful that he could be released from prison in the Summer of 2011.

“The appeal process is done, finally. It’s been done for about a month now,” he said then. “Now what they do is, the prosecutor responds back and you get a letter.

They tell you’ve got to wait eight to 10 months for a response from the appellate court. You might see me in the summer. You might see me at the end of the year. I’m just waiting on the appellate courts, all my paperwork is done.”

During an interview with Forbes, Wiz Khalifa was asked if he’ll top his $11 million mark that he made last year. Wiz Khalifa said:

“Oh yeah, man, I’m going to make $100 million this year…No doubt, $100 million. The new mixtape [will] get everybody ready and get their wallets open.”

If he tours like he did last year, does well in album sales, and gets increased exposure to the public, Wiz could reach his goal this year.

Birdman obviously isn’t worried about over-saturating the market because he wants to drop 16 albums under the YMCMB umbrella in 2012.

The ambitious goal was revealed to XXL during a recent interview. Stunna also said that after signing Limp Bizkit he’s looking for more acts from different genres to sign.

“I think bringing Fred and Limp Bizkit to the team gives us a different look,” Birdman told XXL.com. “We dominate rap, but we’re also trying to grow in different areas; Pop, rock, gospel, country. We’re a brand and we don’t want to be categorized as one type of brand. I think we’re a machine and we activate and were active as a machine. I thought this Limp Bizkit move would be big for us as a brand and a machine.”

Limp Bizkit’s first single drops next week and features Lil Wayne.
